With over a decade of dedicated service in the field of mental health, Jennifer is a seasoned therapist committed to guiding individuals towards greater well-being and personal growth. Jennifer utilizes an integrative approach to therapy, drawing from modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), mindfulness-based techniques, solution-focused therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT)) therapy and is fully trained in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR). By tailoring treatment to meet the unique needs of each client she empowers individuals to build resilience, develop coping skills, and cultivate a deeper understanding of themselves.
