Fusion Care Group was created by two cousins, Dr. Christiana Silva, Ph.D., and Scott Shainman in an effort to bring change to an industry that has been mislabeled, judged, and ignored.

Fusion Care Group is formerly SD Psychological Services (SDPS), originally opened by Dr. Silva in Lakeside, CA, as a group private practice in 2007. The mission, is to provide therapy to children, adolescents, and adults to enable them to work through, and grow from, difficult life events. Fusion takes these core concepts and expands upon them to create change in both the industry and its clients.
The staff of highly qualified licensed professionals at Fusion Care Group is selected for clients based on need and therapists’ areas of expertise.
